Account Information

• Email address and password (hashed) when you register
• Profile information you provide (name, business name, country)
• Subscription and billing information processed by Stripe

Agent & Business Data

• AI agent configurations, names, system prompts, and personas you create
• Product inventory, pricing, and catalogue data you upload
• Bookkeeping records and financial journal entries you log
• Customer database records you build via your AI agents
• Google Sheets content accessed with your explicit authorization

Conversation Data

• Telegram and WhatsApp conversation logs between your AI agents and their users
• Owner-mode messages you send to configure or test your agents

Usage & Technical Data

• Log data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited
• Timestamps of activity and feature interactions

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Myntr platform and AI agent features
• Process your AI agents' conversations with your customers on Telegram and WhatsApp
• Sync your inventory, sales, and bookkeeping data with connected Google Sheets
• Send you service notifications, billing alerts, and product updates
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your business data or customer conversation logs to train AI models or for advertising purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: OpenAI (AI responses), Stripe (billing), Google (Sheets integration), Twilio/Meta (WhatsApp delivery), Telegram (bot messaging)
• Business transfers: If Myntr or CryoPT.AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority
• Your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing

Google Sheets: When you connect a Google Sheet, Myntr's service account reads and writes data to it on your behalf. You control which sheets are shared and can revoke access at any time by removing the service account from your sheet.

Telegram & WhatsApp: Messages sent through your connected bots are processed by Myntr's AI layer. Your bot token and phone number ID are stored securely. Message content is used solely to generate and deliver AI responses.

OpenAI: Message content is sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of all third-party services you connect to Myntr.

We retain your account and agent data for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs are kept for up to 12 months to power context-aware AI responses. Financial and bookkeeping records you log are stored indefinitely until you delete them or close your account.

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access-controlled databases. API keys and bot tokens are stored encrypted at rest.

No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@cryopt.ai.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and store your theme preference (dark/light mode). We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time. Note that clearing session cookies will log you out of Myntr.

Myntr is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Myntr dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
