Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Myntr ("the Service"), operated by CryoPT.AI. By registering for an account, accessing the platform, or using any features of Myntr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Myntr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.

Myntr is a no-code AI agent builder that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered assistants on Telegram and WhatsApp. Features include:

• AI agent creation and configuration with custom personas and system prompts
• Product inventory management linked to Google Sheets
• Automated bookkeeping and double-entry financial journaling
• Customer database management through natural language conversations
• WhatsApp and Telegram bot channel integration
• AI Studio for building advanced multi-step agent workflows

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Myntr. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Myntr is intended for business use. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@cryopt.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account, sell access to it, or allow others to use your credentials. Each account is for a single user or authorized business entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to be used fraudulently.

You agree not to use Myntr to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassment to users of your AI agents
• Create agents designed to deceive, manipulate, or defraud people
• Violate Telegram's or Meta's messaging platform policies
• Process, store, or transmit personal data without appropriate user consent
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the platform's underlying infrastructure
• Use the Service for illegal activities including money laundering, fraud, or violating sanctions
• Build agents that impersonate other businesses or individuals without authorization
• Overload, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Myntr, including agent configurations, product data, customer records, and financial entries ("Your Content").

By uploading or creating content on Myntr, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share any data you upload, including customer information and inventory records.

Myntr connects with third-party services including Google Sheets, Telegram, WhatsApp (Meta), OpenAI, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Disruptions to these services may affect Myntr's functionality, and we are not liable for resulting outages.

When you connect a Google Sheet or WhatsApp number, you represent that you have the authority to share that data with Myntr and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws.

Myntr's AI agents generate responses using large language models (currently powered by OpenAI). AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in context. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and configuring your agent's system prompt and behavior
• Monitoring your agents' conversations and correcting errors
• Ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
• Any business decisions made based on AI-generated advice or analysis

We do not guarantee the accuracy of financial reports, bookkeeping entries, or any other AI-generated content. Always independently verify business-critical information.

Certain features of Myntr may require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed in the Myntr dashboard and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis per your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

If your payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Myntr platform, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by CryoPT.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission.

You retain all rights to your content. Myntr claims no ownership over the AI agents you build, the data you upload, or the business you run using our tools.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee that AI agents will respond accurately, appropriately, or in a way that satisfies your customers.

Myntr is a business tool, not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or legal service. Bookkeeping and financial features are provided for organizational convenience only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryoPT.AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Myntr in the three months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@cryopt.ai or from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the Myntr dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
