Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using any service operated by Corrida Ventura Pte Ltd under the CryoPT.AI brand — including CryoPT.AI, Lunar, Velyn, Sana, RyOps, and all associated tools ("the Service") — you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CryoPT.AI is an AI-powered platform providing investment insights, portfolio management, personal finance, software development tools, and AI integration consulting. Our Service includes:

• AI Advisor Personas: Multiple distinct AI advisors (CryoAI, WarrenAI, BurryAI, CryoBit, Cryo x Gemini, Quant) providing investment-related information powered by OpenAI GPT-4o and Google Gemini
• CryoHub: Floating AI assistant with chat, AI image generation (Stable Diffusion XL), video generation (Wan 2.1), and AI voice generation (ElevenLabs)
• CPT x TradingView: Professional charting with real-time data from 80+ global exchanges
• DYOR (Do Your Own Research): Comprehensive asset research with market data, fundamentals, technical indicators, and AI consensus panel
• ApexLab: AI-powered stock screening, scoring, and chart analysis
• SimuAI: AI-powered portfolio strategy simulator
• CPT News: Curated financial and crypto news feed
• ProNeurs: AI CEO mentor for business management, HR, financing, and growth
• RoboTrading: Automated portfolio management with trade suggestions
• Lunar: AI-powered code generation tool for building trading bots, financial dashboards, and web platforms, powered by Claude (Anthropic) and GPT-4o (OpenAI)
• Velyn: AI-powered personal finance assistant for budgeting, goal tracking, and financial analysis
• Sana: AI crypto wallet analyst for on-chain data analysis and portfolio breakdown
• RyOps: AI integration consulting service — we help businesses across all industries design and implement custom AI workflows. RyOps is an inquiry-based service and does not include a software product subscription.
• API Access: Developer API for integrating CryoPT.AI features into external applications

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: The information provided by CryoPT.AI and its AI tools is for educational and informational purposes only. It does NOT constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should always:

• Conduct your own research before making any investment decisions
• Consult with a qualified financial advisor
• Understand that past performance does not guarantee future results
• Only invest money you can afford to lose

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Subscription Plans

CryoPT.AI offers subscription tiers with different feature access:

• Free Tier: CryoAI, Cryo x Gemini advisors, 5 AI images/day, basic market data, CPT News, ProNeurs, Velyn (basic), Sana (basic)
• Pro Tier: All Free features plus WarrenAI, BurryAI, CryoBit advisors, unlimited images, 5 AI videos/day, SimuAI, full DYOR access, Lunar (limited), full Velyn
• CryoPT.AI Tier: All Pro features plus Quant advisor, unlimited images and videos, RoboTrading, ApexLab full access, Lunar (unlimited), priority support

By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Plan features and usage limits may change with reasonable notice

5a. API Access

CryoPT.AI offers API access for developers through separate subscription plans:

• Personal API: 1,000 requests per month
• Commercial API: 10,000 requests per month

API usage is subject to rate limits. Your API key is confidential and must not be shared or exposed in client-side code.

5b. AI-Generated Content

CryoHub and Lunar allow you to generate images, videos, and code using AI. By using these features:

• You retain ownership of content and code you create using our AI generation tools
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content and code complies with applicable laws
• You may not use AI generation to create harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Generated content may not be used to impersonate others or create deepfakes
• We reserve the right to limit or suspend access if these terms are violated
• Daily usage limits apply based on your subscription tier

5c. RyOps Inquiry Service

RyOps is a professional AI integration consulting service offered by Cryo Protocol. By submitting an inquiry through RyOps:

• You consent to us storing and using your submitted information to evaluate and respond to your business inquiry
• Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of services
• RyOps engagements, scope, pricing, and terms are agreed upon separately through direct correspondence
• We reserve the right to decline inquiries at our discretion
• Your inquiry data may be retained for business correspondence purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials or API keys with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service
• Generate harmful, illegal, or explicit content using CryoHub or Lunar
• Use AI advisors to make actual trading decisions without your own due diligence
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms
• Submit false or misleading information through RyOps inquiries

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality of CryoPT.AI and its associated tools (including Lunar, Velyn, Sana, and RyOps) are owned by Corrida Ventura Pte Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content (including code generated via Lunar) remains the property of the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

CryoPT.AI, Corrida Ventura Pte Ltd, and their operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or investment losses arising from use of AI advisors or trading tools
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Outcomes of AI integration projects facilitated through RyOps
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated outputs — including investment insights, code, financial summaries, and business recommendations — are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice where possible.
